Heirloom Ethiopian Sidama

This Heirloom Ethiopian hails from the southern Ethiopian region of Sidama, a large area in the fertile highlands in the Rift Valley. Sidama boasts high altitudes that soar beyond 2000 meters above sea level, allowing the coffee trees to grow and ripen slowly in the cool temperatures, resulting in complex flavor profiles and distinct aromas.
 
This natural processed Ethiopian brings a deep, rich base with big, round, fruit flavors while maintaining the clean citric and floral notes that Ethiopian coffee is known for.  It brews up a full bodied cup, with deep chocolate flavors, notes of raisin and hazelnut, and a touch of brown sugar sweetness for the finish.  Full City Roast.
