Heirloom Ethiopian - Dry Processed

This Heirloom Ethiopian hails from southern Ethiopia, in the Guji region, which has been recognized to produce one of the best coffees in all of Ethiopia.  The cup has impressive fruit flavors which come across the palate as juicy and sweet.  The coffee is quite aromatic, with slight floral notes balancing out the heavier impressions of fruit.  You will find notes of stone fruits and dried berry flavors, along with dried peach and apricot as the cup cools. The expansive profile also carries notes of red berries, fig, and fragrant spice.
