Brazilian - Dry Processed

There's a fruited top note in this lovely Brazilian coffee. Dry process Brazil coffees aren't always fruity, often veering toward bittersweet/creamy profiles. This lovely cup presents with creamy nut and cocoa, as well as fruited accents. The fragrance and aroma presents cocoa and raw sugars, accented by a hint of dates.  A big bodied cup with flavor notes of nutty molasses with a lightly sweetend, spiced cocoa, chocolaty finish.
