Grown by a collection of local farmers at elevations ranging from 1,950 to 2,200 Meters, this coffee benefits from cool mountain air, red loamy soils, and abundant rainfall — perfect conditions for slow cherry maturation and complex flavor development. The region’s heirloom varieties and high elevation produce coffees with floral intensity, vibrant fruit clarity, and refined sweetness.
